1. Assemble a development team with full-time staffs with right skill-sets, specializing in Human Resources, Project Management, Resource Generation, Alumni and Industry relations.
2. Development Office creates execution plans around the Vision 2025 goals, with clear outcome, metrics and time-table. Accountable for the successful execution of the development plan.
3. Development Office works with alumni relation on resource generation, working closely with NITRAA, NITROAA and corporations to support Vision 2025.
